Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement our digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential leads generated through various channels.
• Engage in discussions with qualified leads to comprehend their needs and provide comprehensive product explanations.
• Allocate qualified leads to the sales team upon completion of initial discussions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and execute email campaigns for pending leads.

Required Skills and Experience

• Freshers with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to present to, interact with, and consult with senior management at target companies.
• Experience using industry-leading CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Freshsales or Salesforce adds additional value.
• Language proficiency should include Tamil & English.
• The right degree of emotional intelligence, whether in leading the client-facing conversations or partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Resilience, with a willingness to learn, mentor others and receive coaching.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, constantly remote workplace.
• Flexibility and coachability as the company continues to grow.
